Requirements for Learning Support Assistant:

• Enhanced DBS Check required.
• Friendly demeanor and a dedicated team player.
• Ability to manage 1:1 student interaction, 2:1 situations, and effectively handle challenging behaviour.
• Enjoy working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships.
