Responsibilities for a SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide individual and group support to students with mental health, behaviour, or emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to create personalized intervention plans.
  • Deliver workshops on stress management, resilience, and social-emotional skills.
  • Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for growth.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss student progress and support strategies.

Qualifications for a SEN Teaching Assistant:
