Salary:£90 - £120 Per day

Job Duties:- Supervise students in the absence of a teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher
- Assist students with their work and provide general support
- Report back on student behaviour and any issues to the appropriate staff
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:Previous experience working with children or young people
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Basic understanding of educational principles
- Teaching Assistant qualification
- First Aid certification
This role involves working in a school environment with students. It may require standing for extended periods and dealing with challenging behaviour at times.
