Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Location: Balham SW12, London

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £95-£100 per day

TeacherActive is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team as soon as possible. We are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development.

- Provide a safe and supportive environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.

- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for development and implementing strategies to support individual needs.

- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

- Previous experience working with children in an early years setting.

- Sound knowledge of child development and early years curriculum frameworks.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
