Talent Acquisition Manager - Education Sector

£30k - £35k Basic + Bonus (£40k OTE)

Manchester Staff is currently looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Manager within our business based in Manchester City Centre. The successful Talent Acquisition Manager will join a fast-growing company and will work directly with one of our biggest clients.

Job Role:
The successful candidate will have experience within a Talent Acquisition role. You will be responsible for resourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for our biggest client. You will work between our offices in Manchester City Centre and our clients’ offices in Salford Quays. Manchester Staff’s team is made up of driven, supportive, and hard-working individuals. The ideal candidate will have strong values of passion, empathy, and reliability.

Skills/Experience Required:

Essential

• Previous experience interviewing and onboarding candidates.
• Experience or knowledge of the Education Sector.
• Phone experience essential. 
• Strong and confident communicator both over the phone and face to face.
• Driven & Self Motivated. 

Desirable

• Previous within a Recruitment/HR/Talent Acquisition role.
• Good IT Skills with Microsoft Office inc. Excel.
• Degree or Qualifications within Education
