Responsibilities:   
 

  • Your role as a Disability Support Assistant by providing mentorship and guiding students on their educational journeys. 
  • Craft diverse strategies, each to address the unique requirements of individual students. 
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans. 
  • Create an atmosphere that promotes better social interactions and communication abilities. 
  • Engage actively in daily activities, academics, and specialised interventions aimed at improving behaviour.  

 
Requirements:    
 

  • Candidates who have previously worked as Disability Support Assistants will be given priority consideration. 
  • Applicants possessing a valid driver's license are preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills are a plus. 
  • Qualities like compassion, patience, and empathy are highly appreciated. 
  • Adaptability and flexibility in various situations are essential.
