A pupil referral unit based in Southend-on-Sea that caters for children aged 5-16 are seeking a resilient learning support assistant who is experienced with challenging behaviour.

The PRU believes that every child can achieve and make progress, so a positive approach is an absolute must. Working with the staff at the school you will meet the students social, emotional and mental health needs enabling them to thrive both in school and in the wider community.

The right LSA must come from a background of working with similar needs and be able to build relationships and rapport with students quickly. You must be a resilient individual and have a dedication to supporting students with challenging behaviour.
