GSL Education Watford are welcoming applications for a Science Teacher role at a friendly and supportive client school with exceptional reputation located in Watford. The appointed candidate will be expected to utilise a diverse range of teaching techniques to offer a robust learning experience in GSCE General Science subjects.

The Science Teacher post is suitable for both Early Career or experienced teachers.

As the Science Teacher, you will be required to:

• Prepare and present science lessons that are original and customizable
• Assess student progress and offer suggestions for improvement
• Be a superb practitioner who is knowledgeable about current theory and practice and who can involve students in a variety of projects to enhance their learning
• Have the capacity to cultivate a passion for the subject among the students

The deserving candidate must:

• Have a Science degree with a UK recognized teaching qualification - QTLS or QTS or PGCE
• Have prior similar teaching experience in a school setting or ECT status
• Possess an up-to-date Child Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one
• Be committed to safeguarding
