We are currently working with a fantastic all-girls school located in Watford, Hertfordshire who are seeking English graduates to support in various roles starting from April 2024 (or sooner for those available following completion of your studies). This is a great chance to gain paid experience in a supportive and well run Academy based on the outskirts of the town. The available roles will include supporting within English classes, leading 1:1 and group sessions and teaching key stage 3 classes.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree and relevant A-levels in English. However, other degrees will also be considered, and all candidates will benefit from the school's superb training and mentoring programme. The school is committed to staff development and offers ongoing support and guidance.

The successful candidates will be confident and possess a strong personality that will inspire students. They should be keen to get involved in all aspects of school life, including extracurricular activities, and have an open mind towards taking on teacher training later.
