Job Title: HR Administrator/Officer
Location: Midlands (Hybrid working)
Salary: circa £26,000 (Depending on experience)
Type: Full time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Issue new starter details and induction information, and ensure all relevant checking procedures are completed such as rights to work documentation and DBS checks.
- Supporting with the company's recruitment and selection process by advertising vacancies, maintaining internal vacancy tracking systems and providing new starter information to company HR partners.
- Maintain HR records to ensure information is compliant and up to date.
- Answering incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).
- Proven experience of working within a similar HR Administrator or Officer role
- Must hold own CIPD qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills.
- Must be flexible with travel.
