This is a full-time permanent role teaching Science Stage 3 and 4 students due to commence in September 2024.

The Role

As a Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that challenge and support students to achieve their full potential. You will also be responsible for tracking student progress, providing feedback, and working collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS and possess relevant experience teaching Science. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Science curriculum, along with the ability to create engaging lesson plans that inspire and motivate students.

We are looking for

• A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
• A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches including curriculum design and the use of ICT.

• Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
