Salary: £31,350 - £47,839 QUALIFIED / UNQUALIFIED: TBC

• Undertake training and development as required and to assist, where appropriate and necessary, with the training and development of colleagues
• Continue to raise achievement for all learners
• Demonstrate outstanding teaching performance
• To carry out the professional duties of a teacher as circumstances may require and in accordance with the school's policies under the direction of the Head teacher
• To plan individual learning for those learners identified on the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Register in line with school policy including completing Individual Education Plans
• Use previous assessment effectively when planning future learning and planning assessment alongside learning
• Set clear learning objectives and success criteria for all lessons
• Set challenging targets for all groups of learners and for individuals

The school requires QTS, PGCE or equivalent and ideally wants to see History Teacher candidates who have experience or who have trained in the UK. We also encourage unqualified applicants with good field background knowledge to apply. The leadership team promotes CPD and provides teachers with all tools necessary for their best performance. The facilities available on-site help students develop and enjoy creative learning.
