Cover Supervisor

Milk Education are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor for a mainstream Secondary School, based in North Leeds.
Schools use a Cover Supervisor to support non-contact time for teachers – you will be allowed to gain classroom experience without being a qualified teacher, in a school which offers a welcoming and supportive teaching and learning environment.
About this role:
* Working with secondary pupils aged 11-16.
* Start date March 2024 or ASAP.
* Full-time or part time work, flexible around your current commitments.
* Weekly pay every Friday.
* Discounted/Free CPD training.
Your role & responsibilities:
* Working with secondary pupils aged 11-18.
* Supporting non-contact time for teachers.
* Overseeing classroom and behaviour management.
* Gaining teaching experience without being a qualified teacher.
Non-negotiables:
* Graduate-level qualification.
* Passion for education.
* Hard-working and reliable.
* Experience working with children or young adults in the past 5 years.
