HOME TUTOR

We currently have a vacancy for a Home Tutor to support a Year 10 student who has been excluded from school. This role will involve building trust and a positive relationship so that the young person is able to engage with study. The successful tutor will need to be familiar with the Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 curriculum to help prepare for GCSE examinations.
We are responsible for providing an interim package of education in the home, whilst a school place is provided.
You are also given 2 hours planning and preparation time per student.
This is a rewarding and flexible role allowing a tutor to work part time or fulltime.
You are provided with a full CPD induction and support and guidance throughout.
Prior experience supporting students with SEN needs/ EHCP’s in a school setting or tutoring position is required.

Salary: £26.62 per hour
