Job Title: Internal Verifier / IQA - Hospitality
Location: Remote - Must be flexible with travel if required
Salary: £31,000 - £33,500 (Depending on skills and experience)

Job Title: Internal Verifier / IQA - Hospitality

To apply, candidates must hold the below qualifications and experience;
- Must hold a recognised IQA award (TAQA Level 4 or equivalent).
- Must hold own Level 5 Management or HR qualification.
- Must have experience of verifying Hospitality Apprenticeships.
- Must possess solid, occupational experience within Hospitality Management, specifically managing Food & Beverage; Housekeeping; Front Office or Conference/Events.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Must be flexible with travel if needed.
- Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Hospitality Apprenticeships up to Level 4, as well as overseeing the quality assurance of Management and HR Apprenticeships up to Level 7.
- Develop and nurture your team, carrying out regular performance reviews and ensuring team targets are met and/or/exceeded.
- Carry out regular observations of activity, sharing best practice and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.
- Ensure all internal & external quality assurance requirements are maintained.
- Drive and promote continuous quality improvement
- Conduct regular standardisation meetings.
- To ensure the timely achievement of learners.
- Update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
