Job Role: Secondary School Cover Supervisor
Location: Maidstone
Pay Rate: £120-180 per day

Simply Education are searching for cover supervisors and teaching staff to work on a supply basis in secondary schools in Maidstone and the surrounding areas. With teachers still in short supply, we are looking to be in a position where we can support local schools with their supply requirements. We are looking for people who are passionate about education with excellent behaviour management who can quickly build rapport with students and teachers alike.

Cover supervisor work is an excellent choice for those who are looking for flexibility and a chance to make a big difference in children’s lives. It is also an excellent option for people who are looking to get their foot in the door to the world of teaching, or for those who have been away from the classroom for some time and are looking for a route back in.

As a cover supervisor, all teaching materials will be set for you upon your arrival at the school, and you will be expected to work through the lesson plans that have been set whilst helping the students with any questions they may have. The ideal candidate to work for Simply Education as a teacher will be confident, academically led with a personable approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
