The School and Role

This outstanding specialist school setting in Bolton caters for students aged 11-16 with a diagnosis of autism. This school is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis in both a 1:1 capacity and in small groups with the children and young people who attend. This full time Special Needs teaching Assistant role is long term and potentially permanent. 

Requirements

The desired Special Needs Teaching Assistant will have:

• Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
• Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults
• Have a patient and caring nature
• Be willing to work in Bolton school
