About the Role: As a cover supervisor, you will step into various classrooms within secondary schools to oversee lessons and ensure students are engaged in learning while maintaining school policies. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on an ad-hoc basis, allowing you to gain valuable experience while accommodating your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Covering lessons for students aged 11-16.
• Following provided lesson plans and ensuring students understand tasks.
• Monitoring student behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Adhering to school policies and procedures.
