Are you a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teacher looking for a transformative role in education? We are seeking an exceptional SEMH Teacher to inspire and support students at secondary schools in South Woodham Ferrers.
Responsibilities:
  • Innovative Lesson Planning: Craft engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
  • Student Empowerment: Foster a nurturing environment where students feel valued and motivated to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to develop holistic strategies that support student well-being and academic success.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for the role of SEMH Teacher.
  • Experience in SEMH: Proven track record of working with SEMH students.
  • Adaptability: Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs.
