• Role: Cover Supervisor
• Location: Secondary School in Leeds
• Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities according to the teacher's plans.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a focused and productive atmosphere.
• Provide support to students with their learning tasks and ensure their welfare during lessons.
• Liaise with teaching staff and school administration to address any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings and student needs.
