KS2 Teacher Job Description:

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher at our welcoming primary school, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to engage, challenge, and empower our students as they navigate their educational journey. • Planning and delivering inspiring lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of our pupils.
• Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
• Differentiating instruction and providing targeted support to ensure the progress and well-being of all students.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to enhance the educational experience and outcomes for our students.
• Contributing to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.

KS2 Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, with a sound understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to fostering a culture of curiosity, exploration, and growth in the classroom.
• A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning, with a dedication to continuous professional development and improvement.
