We are currently seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join our vibrant Secondary School in Bradford. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students and supporting our teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the school office, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Oversee student records, including attendance, behaviour reports, and academic progress.
  • Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the organisation of school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Support the leadership team with various administrative duties, including budget management and resource procurement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within an educational setting is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
