We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cover Supervisor to join our team at a well-respected Secondary school in Redhill. Candidates must have prior experience as a Cover Supervisor.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading pre-prepared lessons and activities in the absence of the regular teacher
• Maintaining positive classroom dynamics and managing student behaviour
• Providing updates and feedback to absent teachers
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students

Key qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in schools
• Superb classroom management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility
