Job Description: As a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible basis, covering day-to-day absences as well as long-term assignments in primary schools across the Launceston area. We welcome both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups
- Follow school policies and procedures to maintain a positive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners
- Provide feedback to regular classroom teachers regarding students' progress and behaviour
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a teacher in the UK
- Flexible availability to cover day-to-day or long-term assignments
- Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments and routines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
