Role Overview:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students, while also assessing their progress and providing constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver dynamic lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and respected.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic growth of each student.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within Year 3.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about education and committed to making a positive difference in students' lives.
