Role: Teaching Assistant (Level 3 preferred but not essential)

£77-£85 per day

At Teaching Personnel, we work alongside multiple Primary schools in Worthing and surrounding areas in West Sussex who have noticed a need for Level 3 Qualified Learning support assistants. We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who are available between 2-5 days a week to provide a high standard of support for their pupils. As a Learning support assistant, you will be required to offer support to pupils to help develop their confidence and academic progress. If you hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification and are looking for work, we would love to hear from you. 

The ideal candidate 

• Level 3 Qualified within education or childcare
• Experience supporting at least 1 Key stage 
• Dedicated to making a difference to children's learning 
• Confident in behaviour management 
• Be a team player
• Child DBS on the update service (or willing to complete a new one)
• Be a proactive and enthusiastic individual.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
