As a Behaviour Officer, you will be an integral part of our school community, working closely with students, teachers, and parents to promote positive behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment. You will utilise your expertise and experience to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies tailored to the unique needs of secondary school students.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify and address behavioral challenges in the classroom and school environment.
• Provide one-on-one support and interventions for students experiencing behavioral difficulties, helping them develop coping skills and strategies for success.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for teachers and staff on best practices for behavior management and intervention.
• Work closely with parents and guardians to develop individualized behavior plans and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Monitor and track student behavior data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for intervention.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a secondary school environment in some capacity is essential.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and behavior management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred
• An enhanced DBS
