Key Responsibilities:

- Support students with autism and visual impairments in their daily learning activities

- 1:1 or 2:1 support for each and every child

- Assist teaching staff in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive educational environment

- Collaborate effectively with the teaching team and contribute to planning and preparation of learning activities

- Personal care maybe involved

- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

- Experience working with children with autism and visual impairments is highly desirable

- Qualifications in SEN, Teaching and learning or Health and Social Care desired

- Possess a patient, empathetic, and resilient nature

- Strong communication skills

- Good organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
