Veritas Education are on the lookout for talented drama graduates who are looking to make a difference within the field of education. We are currently hiring for Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants across London. We have both short- and long-term roles available, depending on what you are looking for. Our long-term roles are until the end of the academic year with the view to go on to a permanent placement in September

Required:

• A Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related field
• Interest in working with children (specifically with SEN)
• Experience working with secondary school children (age 11-16) in some capacity
• Right to work in the UK
• Either have or be willing to get an enhanced DBS on the update service, plus provide two references

Responsibilities:

Exact responsibilities will depend on role but may include:

• Working with children aged 11-16 operating classes in various subjects.
• Helping children with special educational needs
• Engaging with students for 4-5 periods
• Treating children with respect and kindness
