Are you an ECT Humanities or ECT Religious Education teacher ready to kick-start your teaching career? We have an exciting opportunity for an ECT to join our vibrant team at a girls' school in East London starting this September!
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Humanities subjects, including History, Geography, and Religious Education, tailored to the needs of Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active learning in the classroom.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their academic and personal growth.
Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative curriculum materials and teaching resources that align with the school's educational goals and standards.
Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and contribute to the wider school community.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance, and communicate with parents and guardians as needed to support student success.
