This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals holding a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification to contribute to the growth and development of children in a nurturing and supportive environment. This Nursery Teaching Assistant position is a permanent role starting on the 15th of April. 

Nursery Teaching Assistant Role:

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
• Support the nursery staff in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and explore.
• Observe and assess children's progress, recording observations and contributing to their learning profiles.
• Providing feedback to parents and carers on children’s progress and achievements.
• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivery of activities as a Nursery Teaching Assistant. 

Nursery Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Previous experience working as a Nursery Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• SEND experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
