Do you have a BA Honours in education or have completed your BA Hons in Primary Education with a passion for helping children through their time at school?

Aspire People are recruiting for schools that are part of a huge trust across Manchester, who require Cover Supervisor to help with cover.

These roles can continue to be flexible so you can work whatever days you want to whilst still having time for yourself or they can open the door for you to be able to try schools in your local area and allow schools to see what you can bring leading to long term and occasionally even permanent positions if you both feel you fit well together.

For this role you will be involved in carrying out planned lessons, supporting the children and ensuring their needs are met.

You will be working with a range of schools in your local area and we will aim to find you your perfect role.

The successful cover supervisor will be nurturing, patient and will genuinely want to make a difference. You will be part of a school's success and it is important you are able to maintain the quality throughout your time there and reflect the school well just like every other member of staff.

We also offer a referral bonus of up to £250 for recommendations of candidates suitable for any of the roles we are recruiting for.
