We are currently working with an SEN school in the borough of Hackney who require a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work across the school. Interviews are to be held asap. You should be experienced for the position, and you must also possess the required HLTA qualification or equavilent.

As an SEN HLTA you will be:

• Experienced in working with children with special needs
• dedicated to helping children achieve their attainment levels
• Able to lead small groups or manage whole classes independently
• you will encourage students to engage proactively with their learning
• You will assist the teacher in areas also including behaviour management, consistently promoting positive behaviour, and in assisting with their general learning and development.
