Randstad is recruiting for schools Leeds, dedicated to providing an inclusive and nurturing educational environment. We are seeking a motivated and experienced SEMH Teaching Assistants to join the team, contributing to the success and well-being of the students.

This dynamic and flexible role offers a variety of experiences across different educational settings. You'll work closely with school staff, contributing to the creation of positive and inclusive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEMH needs.
• Assist in implementing individualised learning plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address students' specific needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
• Relevant qualifications in education or related field.
