Your Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the mission to nurture and educate. The modern, well-equipped classrooms provide an ideal learning environment, complemented by ample outdoor space that encourages exploration and enriches the educational journey. For older students, vocational workshops empower them to achieve independence as they transition into adulthood.

Working closely with the dedicated teachers and staff, you'll provide essential support to students with varying needs

* Preferably have experience of working with young people

Your Qualities:

* Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent Grade C or above

* A good standard of education across a range of subjects

* Working knowledge of national curriculum and other relevant learning programmes

* Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation

* Experience working with challenging behaviour and vulnerable young people is desireable
