Supply teaching is meant to be flexible, not restrictive. With CPSS, you set and update your own schedule and preferences. It means getting offers from the schools you want, at the times that work for you.

We offer a variety of roles and can be flexible to work around you:

• Day-to-Day/ Short-Term Supply- a great option for maximum flexibility; work as much or as little as you want with the opportunity to experience different schools and year groups
• Long-Term Supply-Full-Time work on a monthly, half-termly or termly basis. Great for offering a solid base to build your induction upon, whilst also having the chance to work in a variety of environments
• Temp-Perm/ Permanent Roles- A chance to really make your mark and put down roots in one particular school and complete your induction programme

We understand the pressure and challenges that come with a teaching career. We know supply teaching brings uncertainty over roles and pay. Where you work flexibly at times that suit you, receive full pay and get back to loving teaching.

To complete your set up, we'll ask you to upload some important documents, including your CV, DBS certificate, references and right to work. Once verified, you're ready to start!

We pay weekly, and rates range from £150-£185 per day depending on the nature and responsibilities of the specific role.
