💼 Job Description: We are seeking dedicated SEN Teachers and Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant Special Needs School (ages 7 - 16) in the heart of Chobham, Surrey. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting students across various educational domains, including Literacy, Numeracy, IT, PSHE, and Employability Skills.

🚗 Preferred Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience working with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD.
• Proven ability to manage challenging and confrontational behavior.
• Ideally, experience working with young people.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Valid and Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS check registered on the update service.
