Teaching Assistant

Salary: £86 - £110 per day

GSL Education is recruiting Grade 7 or Grade 8 Teaching Assistants for our partnered school in Hasland. The ideal candidates will support Key Stage 3 and 4 students, providing assistance in various classroom activities and ensuring a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students with additional needs
- Help maintain classroom discipline and behaviour management
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet the diverse needs of students
- Provide individualized support to students as required
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with secondary school students
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driving license and business insurance preferred
