Job Description

We are in search of a passionate and career-driven Computer Science Teacher. The ideal candidate should love working with children and carry a child-centered approach to teaching. Both experienced teachers and trainee teachers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Planning, preparing and delivering high-quality Computer Science lessons to inspire and engage pupils

- Identifying clear teaching objectives and specifying how they will be taught and assessed

- Setting tasks which challenge students and ensure high levels of interest

- Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress, attainment and behavior of students

- Participating in staff meetings, contributing to the development and implementation of school policies, and promoting the ethos of the school.

Requirements

- A degree in Computer Science or a related field

- PGCE or equivalent qualification with QTS

- Experience working in a school setting or working with children is desirable

- Passionate about teaching and inspiring students in the field of computer science

- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the school community.
