The School and Role

An Alternative Provision school based in Christchurch are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to start as soon as possible. The school caters for secondary age pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as challenging behaviour.  

Requirements 

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

- Experience of working with secondary school aged children

- Experience of working with pupils with SEND/SEMH or behaviour needs

- A passion for the progress of pupils

- An ability to work as part of a team
