We are currently looking to hire Learning Support Assistants who can work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Whether you are interested in supply bookings, short-term work, or long-term roles in Essex, we have opportunities for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the development of lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
• Supervise students during lessons, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
• Support classroom management and assist with behaviour management strategies.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of children’s progress.
• Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or a similar role in an educational setting.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or child development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
