As a Teacher at our SEN school, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, working with small groups and individual students, and preparing teaching materials tailored to their needs.

Additionally, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Take registers and write reports to track students' progress.
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
- Manage behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
Mark work and provide constructive feedback to support students' growth.
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers about their children's progress.

Key requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- Experience working with SEN students preferred
- Strong planning and teaching skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
