As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher and ensuring the smooth running of the classroom. You will be seen as a senior figure to other Teaching Assistants, providing guidance and support.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating experience and proficiency in supporting SEN pupils
- Providing invaluable support to the class teacher
- Taking full control of situations and effectively managing all types of behavior
- Utilising Makaton and other visual tools to support communication and learning
- Being reliable, resilient, and confident in your role
