Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with special educational needs, both individually and in small groups.
- Assist in creating and implementing personalised learning plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to deliver high-quality education and support to students.
- Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the school community.

Requirements:
- Genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs in a caring and nurturing environment.
- Previous experience working with SEND students is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the individual needs of students.
