As a result of our ongoing success, we are seeking to expand our exceptional team by appointing a Study Programme English Tutor.

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Salary: £27,000 per annum + benefits, including a company car, healthcare, pension, and additional perks.

This presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with talent to become part of a distinguished Training Provider renowned for its excellence in the Training and Development sector.

Are you seeking a role within the Skills for Life team, where you'll contribute to delivering English sessions as an integral part of the Study Programme curriculum?

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and conducting engaging and interactive English sessions catered to learners working towards various levels of Functional Skills English.

Conducting classroom-based sessions at our Accrington and Bury centres.
Applicant Requirements:

Possession of a recognized teaching qualification such as CertED, PGCE, CTLLS, or DTLLS.

Minimum Level 2 qualification in English.
Desirable Qualifications:

Familiarity with the Functional Skills Subject Content.

Previous experience in delivering Functional Skills qualifications.

Possession of a Level 4/5 Subject Specialism in English.

Understanding of Study Programme.
The Ideal Candidate will:

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of learners on the programme.

Be motivated to deliver an outstanding learning experience.

Be willing to engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as required.
Reporting to the Skills for Life Manager, the role involves delivering innovative English teaching and learning sessions to Study Programme learners. The role necessitates high-quality teaching, support, planning, monitoring, and formal reviewing of learner progress from initiation to final assessment.
