Flourish Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work full time at a two-form entry school located in central Coventry on a long-term, full-time basis.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stage 1 (KS1) who has experience working in Primary Schools. Responsibilities will include preparing the classroom ahead of lessons, supporting the classroom teacher and supporting the children to meet their needs.

This Teaching Assistant role is to start immediately and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year.

Required skills for this Teaching Assistant role:

• Minimum Level 2 Qualification
• Experience working in Primary School.
• Experience working in EYFS / KS1
• Work closely with class teacher to support a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
• Building trusting relationships with the staff and pupils.
