The Role - Teaching Assistant

For this role, I am actively recruiting for an experienced and confident SEN Teaching Assistant who is able to work with students KS3-KS5. The role will require you to work closely with students on a 1:1 basis, providing academic and emotional support in order to build a rapport with them. You will also need to promote independent learning and life skills to prepare the students for life outside of education.
