Are you a passionate and fully qualified Secondary English Teacher with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Dunbar Education, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated professional to join a dynamic SEN Provision where the focus is on supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEMH requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social and emotional well-being of pupils.
- Collaborate with support staff and other professionals to create personalised learning plans.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Specialism in Secondary English Education.
- Experience or a strong interest in working with students with SEMH needs.
- Must live in the United Kingdom.
- Possess an up-to-date DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
