Position: Teaching Assistant

Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to support the learning and development of the pupils. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.
• Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
• Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students.
• Helping to prepare teaching materials and resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• A passion for working with young learners and helping them succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students.
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (desirable but not essential).
• Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
