A fantastic Alternative Provision in Hull are looking for Teaching Assistants to start after Easter!!

37 hours per week, on a term time only basis fixed term basis for 12 months- most likely permanent for the right candidate.

The Alternative Provision Academy supports pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs and/or identified special educational needs. Due to increasing cohort numbers, the Academy is seeking the role of a General Teaching Assistant to provide targeted support and intervention within the classroom for a child with an EHCP.

This role will work with Teachers to support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff, and may be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan with access to support and guidance as required.

Position Type: Fixed Term for 12 months

£85 per day

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
